I weighed myself over the weekend, and I weighed nearly 180!!! This is very wrong. I'm going to make a statement. It does not matter how much you exercise if you're not eating well. Duh!

Back to calorie counting. On another note, I'm going to be going out of town this weekend for a conference. I think it is time to do some detox of all the crap thats in my body. I only have a meeting in the morning on Saturday, so hopefully, I can make some good faith efforts to get in the pool and in the gym.

:wave1: I want to welcome you back to CK..You know that the key to this program is logging every thing you eat and drink along with portion control...of course exercise is very important...You are right about you need exercise and you need to eat correctly....If for example I ate my 1200 calories in junk food I do not think I would lose anything plus my health would suffer..I really hope you are going to have a good time here again...:)
