When I pictured myself in my head, I didn't see myself in my mind as a fat person. Until this past weekend...

Getting back on the wagon

Sometimes people who really want to lose weight and really spend a lot of time planning to lose weight, fall of the wagon and have some nasty binge days. I recently had 2 days of binging...stress eating that was overexcessive and uncalled for. I spent part of my day yesterday finding pictures of body parts of the former me and of celebrities that I want to be my goal, hence the new photo. But, if I fall off the wagon, once every 2 weeks, that's not a good thing.

There once was a gal named Elly.
A cute little thing with no belly.
She didn't stink, yet her kid friends called her smelly elly with the big fat jelly belly.

There once was a gal named Elly.
She had a baby then drank mt. dew and ate pizza.
And her belly became jiggly like jelly.

There once gal named Elly.
She now becomes smelly by exercising that belly and

5k under my belt

I have another 5k under my belt, but I'm so slow. One lady, who walked the whole thing, finished almost a minute ahead of me. Patting myself on the back for doing it and feeling awesome for trying, but wow am I slow and do I wish I could pick up the pace a little without the kneecaps falling off.
