Thursday, Jul 26 2007 - Getting back on the wagon
View LENSCHER's food & exercise for this day
Sometimes people who really want to lose weight and really spend a lot of time planning to lose weight, fall of the wagon and have some nasty binge days. I recently had 2 days of binging...stress eating that was overexcessive and uncalled for. I spent part of my day yesterday finding pictures of body parts of the former me and of celebrities that I want to be my goal, hence the new photo. But, if I fall off the wagon, once every 2 weeks, that's not a good thing.
How do you stay on track and change your diet when you are a picky eater whose tounge is really sensitive to flavorful and citrus-y flavors. I have a physically difficult time eating fruit. My body reacts to the flavor. I want to eat it, but my whole body shudders because of how my tounge acts!
How do I tone down the tounge? Not sure, but the important part is that I continue to get back on the wagon and keep trying.
Thanks for the support always guys.

I am not quite sure about your description of what is happening when you eat fruit. Is it too sweet, too acidity? What about bananas? Would it help to mix it (cut up or pureed) with yogurt to tone it down? What about using baby foods ... no sugar is add, just plain fruit. I am not sure of this but could you substitute more vegetables for the fruit. It seems to me that the nutrition is similar. You might also pose this question in the forums. You would probably get lots of suggestions.
