Today a pediatric allergist came in and I haven't seen him since March.
He said, "Are you a slimmer?" and I said A Slimmer? What's that?
He said, no, are you slimmer?
I said, Um, I don't know? Do I look slimmer?
He said, well, you look healthier than you did last time I saw you...

CHA-CHING---the every so slight weight loss and ever so slight toning due to exercise has already paid off. Also this week a coworker commented "Are you losing weight" and my 4 year old daughter commented, Mommy, you look like Kara....

Kara is my younger sister by 6 years and she weighs about 110 ish...SOOO long story short. Newly motivated to keep up the work and maybe I'll continue to lose and look better.
