Minor success for the day! Entry 2 for day: Today I came close to my caloric intake and exercise. I feel great. I'm really really really happy. I am usually so far above in my fat content that its unbearable. Usually, I don't get enough fiber and don't get enough protien. I got just enough... I was a little over on my carbs, but if I cut out the mt. dew, that should improve. I actually felt the natural pang of hunger on my way home from work... I can't remember the last time I felt true hunger. Things are looking good!

Entry 1 for the day: Weekends are the hardest to keep track of with calories...
I'm sure I would eat less on the weekend if I could remind myself to track religiously.

My 5 year old, Annika, and I did 15 minutes of cardio kick with the FIT Tv group right before bedtime, so that was fun...Fun to see her get her move on. Have a strength class today, my first since coming down with bronchitis...I'm a little worried, but excited to be back on track.

I think I need to set a goal of tracking my food better on the weekends.
