Today a good friend moved on and took another position. Today was her last day.
It's been challenging because we enjoyed working in the same department together, however she always got me to eat out when I shouldn't have. Although I will really miss her personality and company in the department, I begin to think about all the positive changes I could make more easily without her here to ask me if I need a Mt. Dew or ask me if I want to go to the pizza place...
*sigh*
I think its a sign and a helping hand to keep working on my nutrition problems.
