DAY 5, South beach diet. Very low carb cleansing Phase I. I've found what it feels like to be hungry again. For years I have not had this sensation. What a difference it makes to be able to feel that pang, and to know when it is satisfied. Last night I made a lasanga without the noodle...Tomatoes Tomato sauce, hand seasoned italian chicken breasts with and lots of mushrooms and a sprinkling of low fat cheese on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 425. :-)
