My new scale is digital and wonderful. It tells me when I've gained or lost and how much. Technological advances are fabulous. No more scales that you don't know if its calibrated well or not. A 20 $ purchase that is priceless!Have a great day all.

I finally have things under control.With the help of some advocare nutritional supplements I have finally kicked the Mt. Dew addiction. I haven't had urge for sugary or carbonated sodas in about a month. In fact, I had one a week ago, and I felt sick after drinking it!
I'm building muscle, so I'm not losing weight fast, but I am melting inches fast. I went from about a 14 (very tight 12) at Christmas to an 8 now. I almost weigh what I did when I started Calking.
I'm so excited ab...
