Just keep swimming

People didnt recognize me at our county fair last night. It was awesome! I had a gal standing next to me and she realized who I was when I said hi. She was like, OMG Elly, I didn't even recognize you! You're loving life aren't you! You look great!
I nearly cried it made me feel so good....what happens when everyone knows I'm a hot mama and I don't get all the comments anymore? That just means I've succeeded. I've thought about doing something related to wellness education...I love the way I fe...

140s here me roar

Here come the 140s. Just around the corner. Weighed 152.6 today.
Swam 3000 yards last weekend. If I could do that every 3rd day, I'd be in heaven.
