People didnt recognize me at our county fair last night. It was awesome! I had a gal standing next to me and she realized who I was when I said hi. She was like, OMG Elly, I didn't even recognize you! You're loving life aren't you! You look great!
I nearly cried it made me feel so good....what happens when everyone knows I'm a hot mama and I don't get all the comments anymore? That just means I've succeeded. I've thought about doing something related to wellness education...I love the way I feel and I want others to feel the same way. I mean, I'm a distributor for nutrition products and I see others having amazing results, but, I want to work with their physical beings and transforming them into their goals. That would be the ultimate.

I had a great 3000 yard swim the other day. And oh, how I wish I could do that every single day. I may need to investigate a swimming pool in my backyard....
