Friday, Jun 19 2009 - Eat more, lose more
View LENSCHER's food & exercise for this day
Wow, it happened!
I met with Carrie my trainer Wednesday after our exercise class. I told her what I had been eating/doing. She says to me, Elly, you're not eating enough. Which is what prompted me to get back on Calorie King the other day.
Mind you, I didn't have a great food chocies day yesterday (the chicken didn't happen), but I did lose almost a pound in a day because I was able to fuel my metabolism. I just have to change up the food choices and make them better.
So, eat more to lose more and log it all, every calorie.
Have a super blessed Friday.
I hope to get in gardening, a bike ride, swimming, and working at my sister's garage sale.
Should be a packed in weekend.
Love u all,
Elly
P.S. I guess I need to tell you also, that I DO weigh myself every morning, naked or underwear only. Invest in a digital scale that tells you your gain or loss between weigh ins. They are worth it.

Thanks for the comment! I have been on CK since 2006 and have stopped and started several times a year and, at least once a year, I leave for months at a time . . . even a year one time. Mostly it starts in the summer months because I get busy with outdoor activities and don't spend much time on the computer. I have sold AVON in the past and I know how hard it is to get customers and I know that I need to give it time. I just figured that since they now have an online version that it would sell better. But, apparently, it's a new concept and it'll take time for it to catch on. So in the meantime, I just have to be patient. I used to have a hobby outside the house (sold my handmade crafts) but not any more. The craft market isn't what it used to be. Now I'm busy with my new house and grandson. Sorry to be so windy . . . that's just me.
:$ Thanks again for the comment - Karen

Thanks for giving me the pep talk. Its nice to know there is support on this site. This is the first time I've ever tried to lose weight and not do it on my own. My one dog is a Great Dane, so I have to walk fast to keep up with him and the other is a Rottweiler. They both like to go, go , go. I have no problem getting the old heart rate up with those two! Thanks again for the support. Have a great weekend!

WOW! You are such a motivation to me. Keep it up! I noticed your Spark energy drink. I, too, use advocare products. They are such a booster for me, for my exercise and getting things done in general.
