I think its almost insane that now that I am making a conscious effort to burn pounds, its happening seemingly easy. Tracking the food is working and attempting exercise daily is helping to put my metabolism back in check.

When I started at the beginning of the week I was about 145. To be about 142 now is almost unreal. If I do this again next week, I'll break into the 130s, a goal I had hoped to accomplish this summer.

I REALLY want to wear my bikini sometime this summer. Really and truly.
I'm so close I can taste it. I want it THAT BAD. Trick is to not overdo it so that my metabolism yells at me and I lose the energy to sustain the progress.

YAY! I like reading your blogs, hope you don't mind. I truly hope you get into that bikini, as I won't ever, but I'm happy about that actually. Keep going, small losses eventually total into bigger ones. :)

:thumbu2: Good Job!!! Don't be discouraged if you don't continue to lose at such a fast pace... Usually, the first few pounds come off quicker than the rest, but keep up the great work! It's definitely motivating to see the number on the scale go down so soon!
