AM post - Over the weekend I became an athlete! I participated in my first team triathlon. It was fun. It gave me butterflies in my stomach, but I did it!!!! I wasn't the last runner in. My knee caps didn't fall off, and I haven't had the desire to eat crap since I finished. I never was a runner, but, I think I could learn to like it.Wednesday, May 23rd 2007
So I went to a national conference over the weekend. I drank way too much soda, and I ate a pint of ice cream in one sitting, but, I also walk/ran 3.12 miles without stopping. So, although I was bad, I also was good in a way. If I could only get in more runs like that.Monday, May 14th 2007
I weighed myself over the weekend, and I weighed nearly 180!!! This is very wrong. I'm going to make a statement. It does not matter how much you exercise if you're not eating well. Duh!Friday, May 11th 2007
Wow, I've actually been working out regularly and I have felt healthier than I have in a long time, so I thought I could do this without CalorieKing. I'm in training for my first team triathlon this year and hope to do my own sprint next year without my time.Thursday, February 22nd 2007
Whenever you go to the doctor, why is their scale calibrated different the one you have at home. My weight at the doctor was my immediate post pregnancy weight. Ouch! I've never been this heavy. As soon as my bronchitis resolves, I'm back on the wagon.
