I just found out that a lady in my department has lost 67 pounds over the last 8 months and did it without exercise and with simply changing her diet. I'm excited to talk with her and find out more, although I'm really interesting in more movement!!

What are the rewards? The primary reward is to try to overcome the fear of getting pregnant again and putting all the weight back on. We want more children, but if I can accomplish it this once, I should be able to do it again if we decide to have more kids.

What will gaining or not losing we...
