Weight fluctuation under control. I have to tell you. My weight has been all over the place in the last few years, up to 178, down to 159, but I'm finally FINALLY and permanently below what my starting weight was, and boy does it feel good!!!!!!

Eating is under control. I am its master!
Binging is under control. I don't need it.
Exercise is planned and awesome. Exercising 3-5 days a week and feeling awesome.

new scale is the bomb

My new scale is digital and wonderful. It tells me when I've gained or lost and how much. Technological advances are fabulous. No more scales that you don't know if its calibrated well or not. A 20 $ purchase that is priceless!

I finally have things under control.

With the help of some advocare nutritional supplements I have finally kicked the Mt. Dew addiction. I haven't had urge for sugary or carbonated sodas in about a month. In fact, I had one a week ago, and I felt sick after drinking it! :queen:
I'm building muscle, so I'm not losing weight fast, but I am melting inches fast. I went from about a 14 (very tight 12) at Christmas to an 8 now. I almost weigh what I did when I started Calking.

DAY 5

DAY 5, South beach diet. Very low carb cleansing Phase I. I've found what it feels like to be hungry again. For years I have not had this sensation. What a difference it makes to be able to feel that pang, and to know when it is satisfied. Last night I made a lasanga without the noodle...Tomatoes Tomato sauce, hand seasoned italian chicken breasts with and lots of mushrooms and a sprinkling of low fat cheese on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 425. :-)

carboholic no more

Carboholic no more.
My personal trainer recommended I try the South Beach Diet because I am such a carby.
Day 3 with no bread, pop, and pasta/pizza. If I can make it through to the end of this next week, I think my system will be cleared of all the crap I've been putting in my body so I can rebuild good immune system and digestive functioning....

New challenge...to learn to cook.
The new house will be done in about a month, and already I'm SO looking forward to using my new kitchen...
