drastic times call for drastic measures

Good to be back after having bronchitis for what seems like forever. No I'm not a smoker, just lots of environmental factors make my lungs weak I guess...I just found out I'm in a wedding in June. We had our fitting the other day, and I argued with the bridal shop store to order me two sizes smaller than what I was measuring at. I might be a little crazy, but I want the guests to say, look at Elly, she looks great.
I want to be the most in shape bridesmaid up there....
Oh, and I'm quit...

IF I would have remembered my deoderant and a comb, what an excellent Monday this would be for me. I had a good breakfast and lunch and did circuit training at noon, but alas, I don't have a comb or my deoderant, so now I'm a stinky happy girl. :-)I have fended off the pop all day, and my face is clearing up from having not had so much soda in the last week, so, yippee for me.
I did give in to a healthy blue bunny treat though.
And, my hubby is back from his "guy" trip...

Today a pediatric allergist came in and I haven't seen him since March.
He said, "Are you a slimmer?" and I said A Slimmer? What's that?
He said, no, are you slimmer?
I said, Um, I don't know? Do I look slimmer?
He said, well, you look healthier than you did last time I saw you...

When I pictured myself in my head, I didn't see myself in my mind as a fat person. Until this past weekend...My husband showed me the video footage of me running the last leg of a 5k recently and getting cheered on by my family. He was nice enough to participate in an event of mine finally and video my progress. I looked really really fat. I looked like a person that should not be running at all. someone that may keel over in cardiac arrest at any moment. Red in the face, sweat dripping of...
