I pretty much blew my plans this weekend and reverted to being a couch potato on Friday and Saturday. Sunday was better. I got up and did my 30 minute walking workout, showered, ate and did my grocery shopping. I spent most of the rest of the day in the kitchen prepping produce and setting up individual containers to get me through the week with the least amount of stress. All was going well until I decided to cook lasagna for dinner. It was so good - delish! I thought I probably ate 1,000 calories at dinner last night and was so amazed to calculate it out at roughly 500 instead. I barely went over my daily allowance! Score!!! Today I finished planning the week's meals and calculated the calories so I'm feeling pretty good about it. Going to go home, walk the dogs and make some teriyaki chicken with brown rice, steamed veggies and some salad. Tonight I'm coming under my calorie goal. Yay me! I'm anxious for my mid week weigh in now.
