So I finally weighed in and I was disappointed but not discouraged. I'm only down one pound from last week and a lousy 0.6 pounds away from the 20 pound mark. 20 pounds. 20% of the weight I need to lose. Close but no cigar. Still it gave me enough incentive to say no to the donuts they were passing around the office this morning - even after I got a whiff. They did smell good, but I don't want or need any fried dough topped with sugar.

Planning to increase the activities with the hope of firing up my metabolism. Maybe I'll be lucky and see one of rare 3 pound drops by next Tuesday.

Do not look at it as "only" one pound. It is one pound that you had the week before and you don't have now. When you say "only" you are sabotaging the great work you are doing. Pick up a pound of butter and feel how heavythat pound is. You are carrying around that much less weight this week.
You go girl. You can do it!
