Well, well, well
not a good week. My last entry was all doom and gloom. No more. The Doom and Gloom routine stops RIGHT NOW.
To every opposite, there is a positive; from now on, my diet entry goal is to have a positive for every negative. If I list a bad habit, then Ill list a good habit. If I list a negative emotion, then Ill list a positive emotion. If I have a sad story, then Ill put a touch of humor on the end of the story.
On the positive side, I entered everything I ate. Every bite, every morsel, I was accountable for my actions. I didnt lose weight, but I didnt gain either. I didnt say no to everything I should have, but I didnt say yes to everything either. I did exercise at least 3 times for the week, despite a strained tendon that supports my knee.
Most importantly I havent given up.
