Bad, bad day at work. Mean people SUCK.
Isnt it funny though? A bad, bad day at work made me so upset I couldnt eat and I had to work off steam by storming down the road for 5 miles, then went home and BANGED out a 5 mile run at full blast.
So to the mean and awful person who ruined my day, thank you, you got my diet and motivation right on track. Something I havent been able to do in weeks.
See, every cloud has a silver lining and I know my happiness, my self-satisfaction annoys you to the very center of your being. Tough. I like me. Im ganna continue to be me. And the madder it makes you, the happier Ill be.
