Day one of the challenge. I could have done better eating wise; however, being home for the holiday led to mindless munching. I did speed clean the house for 2 hours though, that helped put the calories in their place. Add a 5 mile run and i made it to the green check. Tomorrow is a light day so i really need to watch what i eat.
