I got my long run in and subtracted the calorie burn from my last two days of overeating. I feel great, and i lost a pound for the 10 lb 10 week challenge. (I weighed in before the run, so it wasn't water weight) I was starting to think i couldn't do it, so now i'm really stoked. I guess that's what a good challenge can do for you
