Today was a good day. I stuck to my calories and my exercise commitment. I went to the gym at lunch to work on strength training using the weight machines. I got about 5 min before i chickened out. i don't know what i'm doing. i felt like i just looked stupid, reading the little demo pictures on the machine.
I've made a commitment for strength training on tuesdays and thursdays. i've promised myself to at least put on my workout clothes and make an attempt. if after 10 min i still fell majorly uncomfortable, i can switch to something else; but i need to at least try.
