The 10 in 10 challenge ends today. I was not successful at losing the 10 lbs I committed too; however, a good time was had by all. I met some amazing people. We all need support from other people. Love, encouragement, words of advice and friendship will help you get through the important stages in your life. When people are in your corner, you feel like taking on any challenge. As important as help from others may be, though, it all has to start with you. Growing old scares the Holy Bee-Gee's out of me. I try with all my might to fight it; but it's starting to look like I don't have much of a choice in the matter.When I was in High School, I wrote an English paper on why I didn't want to live past thirty - because then I would be too old to enjoy life. Oh, the naivety of a child! I didn't even have good credit until my thirties!.
