The 10 in 10 challenge ends today. I was not successful at losing the 10 lbs I committed too; however, a good time was had by all. I met some amazing people. I've glimpsed into their lives and allowed them into mine.

I have the hardest time letting go. When I sell a car, move, change jobs, losing a loved one or friend though death or lifes transition. Whenever something ends, it just seems so....final. Even when the past is filled with pleasant memories and the future is bright and promising; my heart aches with longing to relive it again.

For my 10 in 10 challengers, Thank you, so very much, for touching my heart. I wasn't fully successful, but I was fully encouraged.
