Prevention magazine's Flat Belly Diet by Liz Vaccariello. I normally don't indulge in fad diets; but this book caught my attention and as I thumbed through it, I realized I already support most of the concepts presented by this particular diet. Losing weight gave me pride of achievement. Losing weight gave me back my marriage, set a good example for my children, strive for a better job, set goals for myself.
