I would like to thank those who stopped by or offered words of support and encouragement after my little hissy fit of this morning.

My husband informs me he will not live under a rock and my tortoise states there is only room enough for him under his rock.

A very wise women who also happens to be a wonderful mother of two young and temperamental little girls informed me "have a good time and indulge in your temper tantrum, let me know when your done, then we'll get back to work." Bummer. I have to lose weight and act like a grown-up?

Thus, I will go on above the rock...and if need be, throw the rock through a window during times of frustration.

*****************************
The aforementioned Hissy-Fit

I quit. I can't take it no more. I quit. I quit. I quit. Not just this, everything. I'm done. Where's my rock? I'm crawling under.

Hang in there, you inspire me through your posts, I know I'm just a mere peon in a valley full of cacti, but your actions have resulted in some incredible changes. Imagine that...losing weight AND acting like a grown up. Most men can't do either.

Get back to the basics. When motivation is low revisit your purpose. Ask yourself why am I doing this in the first place? Revisit your entry from yesterday, it was uplifting.
