Went to the OB for a checkup today. Baby's heartbeat is strong and he/she is kicking around like a champ. I feel a little better than yesterday, but still nauseated. It is so hard to make good food choices when I feel like this because I feel like I have to just eat whatever I can tolerate. I do find that sugar snap peas are one of the few foods that don't leave me with an unpleasant after tatse. I was down 4 lbs. from my last Dr. visit, but that doesn't concern me too much. It is pretty typical basedon my first two pregnanices for me to lose weight until about week 20. I'm sure I'll make it up towards the end. So, today's goal is to drink plenty of water and not overdo it (so so easy with a 4 year old and 20-month old) :tongue10:.
