View MAMAMARTINEZ's food & exercise for this day
Wheelin' with Daddo
I hope everyone had a great holiday! The T-give Camping Plan 2008 was a success. I didn't necessarily stick to the after 5 rule, but I did manage to limit my consumption of creamy delicious dips and the carbs often used as utensils to scoop up said dips.
It was a little boring for me. It is an off-roading trip, which means that everybody piles into their Jeeps and buggies and hits the trails for most of the day. I was stuck back at camp because I didn't think it was very safe to go bouncing along in the desert and climbing over hill and dale at 7 1/2 months pregnant. I did get some much needed rest, and I finished my thank you notes for both my baby shower and my daughter's birthday

.
Not much else to report. The first two weeks in December are incredibly busy for us. Aside from the 3 or four parties going on I have to:
-Decorate the house
-Take a family portrait
-Order and send Christmas cards
-Help assemble baskets for church fundraiser
-Write out my birth plan
-Sort and return baby clothes
-Find cheap bunk beds
-Complete the Great Holiday Toy Purge to make room for whatever junk our families are going to spoil them with
-Start thinking about de-girlifying the nursery
-Put the January newletter together for my MOPS group
-Between all of us, we have 4 Dr. appts. this month
I'm sure there's more, but that's all my brain can handle right now. Oh, and did I mention how ready I am to have this baby out? I'm ready.
Oh, and my mom DID call me on Thanksgiving and act as if nothing untoward happened at the b-day party. Did I call it or what?!?!?
Have a great day everyone!

All I have is time. So DO TELL. Why can't you have an epidural???? Can you have other meds like demerol? We did not find out the gender for any of our babies. So, could be a girl!

You get a baby shower on your third? Lucky you!!
:) All I get is a trip to the garage to dig out the hand me downs. OMG your organization is killing me (and giving me anxiety).
:clown1: I'm realizing I'm putting everything off. What's your birthing plan look like?
:talking: Mine looks like this: EPI-effing-DURAL.
:laugh5: After that it's: NO BOTTLES, NO PACIFIERS.
:scream2: Or face the wrath of a breast feeding mommy.

That's quite a list of ToDo's! Hopefully you find time in the next few days to get some of this done. Good job avoiding the dips and their carb-transfers.
:laugh5: I'm an intermittent reader of your blog, so I don't have the specifics of the mom/bday situation, but it sounds annoying. Have a productive, yet relaxing week.

I think it was the lure of several hours a day alone in the motorhome with no children around that convinced me!
