View MAMAMARTINEZ's food & exercise for this day
My big girl and little man
Ok, so I am starting to get back into the swing of things here. Readjusting to a newborn's schedule is, um, not fun. But, we are slowly turning him into a human being. We seem to be able to get him to sleep alright until 1 or 2, then he is up to nurse and only wants to go back to bed with me.

That's OK though. You can't expect much more from a not even two week old.
The good and bad news is that food tastes great now that I'm not pregnant anymore. Literally, 20 minutes after I delivered they brought me some juice that tasted like juice, and I was soooooo happy to have my sense of taste back. I felt like the peanut butter and jelly sandwich girl in St. Elmo's Fire (Whoa! Totally obscure 80s movie reference). My plan is to give it two more weeks and then start logging again. I hope to be back to pre-pregnancy weight by mid-May.
The big adventure for today is going to be swim lessons. We'll see if I make it out the door and back with all three children alive and well at the end of it all.
It's good to get back to you all. I am slowly making my way through to check in on everybody, but it make take a few days. Take care.

What a gorgeous picture!!!! How is it with three? I'm nervous. Did your girls want to sleep with you too at night? Both my boys did. They would accept nothing less... I was that person pre-kids that SWORE would never have a child sleep with me... oh, how I am humbled now. Oh, that is good news about the food! (and kind of bad :laugh5
:) You are inspirational to get back in the logging game just 4 weeks after giving birth! Good for you! Let us know how many kids you have left today after swim. Great job, mom!!!!!!!! I am really looking forward to reading your entries. I'll be watching how you do it! I still have about 6 weeks left.
