View MAMAMARTINEZ's food & exercise for this day
I started logging again today. It's amazing to me how it alters my food choices when I know that I will be putting it in writing. This is totally not a complaint, but this week is also going to be hard to log because people are still bringing us dinners. It is really hard to get an accurate calorie count of food someone else has made, even if she gives you the recipe. I guess I will still have a pretty good estimation though, and next week I can start getting super accurate.
I also stepped on the scale. I do not want to talk about it.
Ah, the boy child is calling. Time to go shed a few calories. Then, I am going to get my irls bundled up and let them play in the rain for a bit. When they are done, I will have a nice warm bath waiting for them.
Have a great day!

I think they had a good time.

Aww the girls look so sweet. Good for you logging when you just had a baby! You are so far ahead of the game
:) Don't worry about the darn scale, it won't be accurate for months. You have all that fluid still. Give yourself a little compassion
 you just had a baby no rush.

Hey, I ate over half the broccoli, believe it or not!
:laugh5: You are so right about logging - for me, knowing I have to be held accountable 'on paper' makes me think twice about putting something in my mouth, and makes me less likely to eat something that I don't know how to log (like homemade baked goods and restaurants foods, which overall is a good thing). I hope you do well with logging again, good luck! And that picture is too too cute!!!
