What are your favorite high protein, low fat snacks? I find myself a little high on fat and low on protein each day, and snacks are my most flexible meals. Fire away!

I always tend toward the eggs and cheese when I am bulking up the protein....milk and yogurt are good choices too....deli turkey is a staple, but sodium full like Amanda said!!

hummus and cut up veggies. my new fav breakfast is nonfat plain greek yogurt, sweetened w/ agave and mix in uncooked rolled oats, walnut pieces, and berries. yuuuuum!

yogurt, cottage cheese, lowfat string cheese... moving away from dairy, could try edamame or chick peas, hard-boiled egg, tuna fish. I have the same problem and just work to keep my fat % a little lower without paying much attention to protein.

Turkey slice (sandwich/deli turkey) rolled up. It's high in sodium, though.
