I weighed in yesterday and lost 2 lbs. Perfect. With the first 2 lbs. I dropped with the 'false start' on Weight Watchers a few days before I started Calorie King, I've got all the reinforcement I need to stick with this.
I got my first CK newsletter yesterday with a link to "10 Ways to Tame Your Appetite". I thought all of the tips were helpful but I really liked the fact that they included "Be Mindful" which fits with my yoga & meditation practices.
And although most of the new food items weren't especially interesting to me I was pleased to find out not all the Lipton Pure Leaf teas are sweetened. If I can just find the unsweetened versions around here somewhere...
