I think I've been overdoing it.

After being laid up for most of the winter, I've been able to do my 'loop' at the park on any given day but now that I'm trying to do it three times a week again, I'm finding I don't have the endurance over the long haul yet. With working in the yard & garden on alternate days, I just ran out of steam yesterday and didn't do the yardwork I'd planned.

I've also been running short on sleep. I've been going to bed at the same time but getting up earlier and earlier as the daylight hours lengthen. I did get to sleep earlier last night and then lost a half hour or so while I listened to a raccoon trash the birdfeeders, including the hummingbird feeders, and turn over the big birdbath. May have relocate that bad boy.

So I'm postponing the park until tomorrow morning and heading out to work in the yard before it gets hot as it will be today and tomorrow. I just hope we get some rain when the next weather system comes through.
