Back in my hightop boots with a donut pad on my blister, I got in a good hike this morning but now I can see my foot's not going to heal if I don't give it some time. I was hoping to lose a few pounds before going out on my bicycle but I may have to do that for my exercise on Tuesday.

I still don't seem to be developing any kind of intuitive sense of what I'm eating. Some days I feel like I've eaten a lot and my numbers indicate I'm short of my targets; other days I don't think I've eaten much and then I see I've already exceeded my targets. I used to think I was good at estimating what I was eating but now I beginning to realize that I was way off and I think that's a big reason why I've repeatedly gained weight.

I also realize what a joke the nutritional labeling is. It may help when comparing two similar items in the store but in terms of daily consumption who can keep track without some kind of program?

:wave1: I hope you let that blister heal so you do not get a bad infection...My neighbor just did and it is not pretty...I hope you are having a good weekend.:)
