I have several pounds of the best asparagus of the season and to go with it, tonight I'm going to splurge diet-wise on risotto. I've already plugged it into my food diary and along with my Kashi GO Lean bar and a banana this morning, I'm already over on my carbs! It's strange to be getting messages to increase my calories but I guess the program is set for a 4-5 lb. monthly weight loss. I also got a message that I shouldn't exceed a weekly weight loss of 2 lbs. so I'm figuring there's some wiggle room. I've reset my software program to a higher activity level and that adds 150 calories to my target but a full day in the yard & garden would still double my calorie target according to the website and that just seems counterintuitive to the whole notio...Tuesday, May 22nd 2007
I weighed in yesterday and lost 2 lbs. Perfect. With the first 2 lbs. I dropped with the 'false start' on Weight Watchers a few days before I started Calorie King, I've got all the reinforcement I need to stick with this.Monday, May 21st 2007
I had a great morning at the park yesterday. First I actually got my sorry self over there before 9 with a surprising number of other cheap skates, most of them apparently runners. Anyway I got my reward right away.
