Perfectly gorgeous weather for Jazz Fest and a full moon to boot.

I am so looking forward to seeing three gentlemen who so elegantly demonstrate the art of aging well. Toots Thielemans and Dave Brubeck are in their 80's and Mose Allison will be 80 this year.

It was good to get back out to the park yesterday. It's amazing how just two days off changed my focus.

I've filled in my food diary for the day to allow for 1.8 oz. of beignets this evening but I have no idea how many that means and I'm just not gonna take the damned scale with me...
