I've been surprised to see my scale register much lower than I expected the past few weeks and now I can't believe I seem to have gained back a pound this past week. We didn't eat out last night after all so I didn't have any extra sodium that I know of. I pretty much have no idea what's going on.

I guess I'll do another weigh-in on Monday and see where I am.

"Ratatouille" was great, good fun but I have no idea why so many parents are taking their pre-school children to see it. The four-year-old little girl in front of us kept turning around to watch us whenever we laughed and I don't think she actually saw more than half the movie.
