I just printed out the daily averages for the week from my public diary. (I still wish they'd included that feature in my "Nutrition and Exercise Manager Program".) My food calories have crept up the past two weeks, 1200, 1225 and this week, 1250 as have my net calories, 856, 871, 891. I guess I'll find out shortly if the warning I get from CK about low calorie intake inhibiting weight loss applies.

I'm not doing my Sunday morning routine at the park today so I can follow the first crucial stage of Le Tour in the Alps. I hope to go over this afternoon when everything dries out a bit.
