We're moving up our first jaunt to The Great New York State Fair to tomorrow to avoid the heat and humidity predicted for Friday. This presents the question of how count the calories should we have our annual bloomin' onion. I found a source that listed 1700 calories for one without the sauce but I knock off at least half of the coating so I'm not sure what to do. I'm tempted to pass on the bloomin' onion but I think The Mister would miss it and he certainly can't eat the whole thing by himself.

But tomorrow we're really going for the llamas. We couldn't explain it if our lives depended on it but we love to spend a couple of hours hanging out with the llamas and the alpacas.
