Chilly this morning, 54º/12º, and we left the house open last night. It's hard to type; I don't want to put my warm coffee mug down.
I now have 10 pounds to go to reach my personal goal. 10 pounds or 6 weeks, whichever comes first. I'm ready to be done with this and I want to establish a 'maintenance' diet before the weather changes.
And the weather is beginning to change. The birds know it. The hummingbirds are chubbing up at the feeders and the agastache rupestris. ...

I guess it's my own fault; if I'd done CKU at THE BEGINNING I wouldn't have been confused on this point.
"The general recommendation is that 40-60 percent of your calories come from carbohydrates. At 1200 calories, you should aim for around 40 percent (120g per 1200 calories), and at 2500 calories, aim for around 60 percent (345g per 2500 calories)."

What I need is a way to keep track of my calories when, for whatever reason, my level ...

I was hoping to get to Saratoga at least once this summer but now I don't think I will. Rags to Riches isn't running on Saturday and I will still have the house to myself so I'll stick around here. I can't believe The State Fair starts next week. If I want to plant some fall crops I'd better do it in the coming week.
I had my doctor's appointment yesterday and I'm surprised how well it went. I've only seen this doctor once briefly since my internist took the position of CEO at the hospi...
