This week is starting off as last week ended: poorly. I didn't go to the park yesterday and I doubt I will today because any movement causes my clothing to move against my skin and the current humidity just makes matters worse.

Since I'm already in such a funk I've been catching up on some of the news. I see this summer saw a record breaking loss of Arctic sea ice. I guess if Chris had made his voyage this summer he could have bypassed North American and made it to the East Indies.
