I hauled my sorry self down to campus last night to attend a discussion on Slow Food and related issues. I went because Alice Waters was going to be there but, to my mind, she was eclipsed by Judy Wicks who I didn't know before last night. Wicks was wonderful and we will definitely stop at her White dog Cafe when we visit our nephew in Philly. And I ordered several copies of the cafe cookbook so I nailed down some holiday gifts too. Hat trick!

I didn't make it to the park yesterday on account of rain but the sky is clear this morning so I'm skipping Yoga-Pilates and heading to the park in hopes of adding the extra loop that I usually do on Sunday.
