View MARCYINCNY1's food & exercise for this day
We had lake effect snow off and on all day yesterday but not much accumulation until last night.
It was nice to leave the symphony concert, concluded by a wonderful rendition of Respighi's "Pines of Rome", and climb on one of the buses that take concert goers from and to the covered garage at a nearby shopping center.
This morning we have several inches and the house is full of reflected light even though the sky is still overcast.
A strange diet yesterday. I went over to the park at an odd hour (a lovely combination of snow and mud) before I went downtown for a flu shot. The symphony buses leave at 6:30 so we just had some Campbell's soup for 'dinner' and then walked over to Clark's Ale House for 'a pint' before the concert. Came home and finished the day with a little Calvados and some peanut butter on toast.

Lovely photo. I love snow, the way it muffles sound. When I take the pooch out at night, no need for a flashlight. ~~~ Respighi's "Pines of Rome" ... a favorite.

Symphony sounds divine...and the snow, too. We have cold rain falling here, but I'm waiting for the flakes. Yes! If you have turkey feathers, give it a try. You might have better luck with the body feathers than the tail feathers, but you never know. Love your snow picture.
