Lake effect snow wherever we go. We're in Ohio but we've got several inches of lake effect snow this morning just as we would have had back in Syracuse.

I've had access to a computer but the schedule and the menus have been so catch-as-catch-can that I haven't even tried to log. I did bring some Fiber One and lowfat cottage cheese so I'm not too far off track and I haven't over indulged in anything other than wine which is alway necessary when spending more than a few hours with the in-laws...
