It's a sad thing to have your life revolve around a dying refrigerator fan, really it is. It was running every time I checked it yesterday but then it stopped and wouldn't restart last night just as we were about to eat dinner. We set up an old computer fan while we ate and then found the refrigerator fan working again. My niece asked how I could actually watch the fan so I took a picture which, she will notice, happens to include the new photo of her doing some kind of Coast Guard gig.



The repairman said a couple of days to get the new fan but the woman I spoke to late yesterday said it hadn't come in and that it usually takes 3-5 business days. I don't know why they didn't give me a chance to pay for expedited shipping but regardless, it looks like I'll be going without through the weekend. At least the temperature has finally dropped to the point that I should be able to keep some stuff outside if we have to shut down the refrigerator.

Beautiful sunshine this morning so I'm heading to the park before the lake effect snow sets up.
