View MARCYINCNY1's food & exercise for this day
After four days of low energy I felt practically manic yesterday. It started to snow just as I headed to the park and several inches fell while I was there. I took the camera and this doe was very patient while I took some pictures:

The hike was lovely but more of a workout than usual because the trial was icy especially where melted snow had collected in low spots before freezing solid. I'm lucky I didn't fall.
Jim worked ski patrol in the evening so it was left to me to do the shoveling before the temps rose and the 5-6 inches of snow got really heavy. First time this year I've shoveled the whole driveway myself.

So I was outdoors for at least four hours yesterday. I'd like to go back over to the park this morning but there's a nor'easter due on Sunday so I'll go tomorrow and concentrate on doing some indoor 'shoveling' today.

I've been hearing about the storm going your way. I hope you can hunker down and enjoy the weather. Yes, I really did say that. Must be crazy, or must love snow. Oh, your picture is beautiful! It's so rare to have a shot like that. I'm glad you were there, just at that moment. Stay safe!
