What a change in the temperature from a week ago; 12º/-11º this morning with a clear blue sky and, look now or you'll miss it, sunshine! It was cold, gray and muddy at the park yesterday but there may be some sun tomorrow.
My weight continues to fluctuate between 140 and 142, today being typical at 140.6. I wish CK would make it possible to post a range rather than just one number.
I'm still not really motivated but amidst the running around I'm doing today is a stop at the Y so maybe that will spark a change.
Right now I'm happy just to have stayed out of the ice cream yesterday.

You get credit for staying out of the ice cream--that's an accomplishment! I can't even have it in the house.

I love the quote. So true! Good luck getting your mojo back. Can be a difficult prospect if you've hit a snag. I hope you get a good workout today...probably not outside, though!
