The Arctic blast arrived here about noon yesterday.
At this point I'm glad I haven't done anything about the Y. Neither one of us would be making any use of it now. I'm not even going to try to get over to the park until it warms up a bit.
Although I haven't been nearly as sick as Jim, neither one of us has had any appetite. The upside of course is that I saw my low weight again this morning, keeping my range between 139.5 and 141.5 even after the past two weeks of disrupted routine.

Congratulations on the low weight. Sorry it had to be achieved by being sick. Hope you and Jim are feeling better soon.

That seriously puts my little 27 degree cold snap to shame. Eeek. It didn't look that bad in Colorado a couple weeks ago!!!!
