It doesn't look like I'll be posting much of a weight loss this week. Even with the heavy lifting, the 'ditch-digging' and the tilling, the yard work and the gardening aren't really aerobic and don't burn the calories. I've known this from past summers when I didn't do enough hiking and/or biking but I guess I need to be reminded. A record high yesterday, 87º/30º. When I was over at the park early this week the bloodroot was already in bloom; I've never seen it so early.
